چکیده
Infrastructure megaprojects are increasing in size and number worldwide. Widespread shortcomings such as cost overruns, delays, litigious threats, community opposition now so pervasive there is a clear mandate to rethink the way we plan, deliver, operate our infrastructure. In this context, situate research understand how can be set up for success. Data were collected from responses questionnaire survey, interviews, case studies. The was fielded by multiple agencies involved infrastructure projects, engineers, construction organizations, government delivery agencies. For qualitative insights, conducted 30 interviews with participants these studied cases that successfully implemented themes identified. results highlight three highest impact delivering projects successfully: (1) Improved integrated planning, business cases, front-end engineering design; (2) efficient use of contracts; (3) strengthening political engagement. Thus, contribute highlighting eight cost-effective, relevant, ways reimagining delivery.

Feature modeling: An extended perspective to design IT infrastructure
Feature modeling is a widely used method in systems engineering. Feature models help to communicate the requirements and architecture of IT systems. Applying feature models to IT infrastructure is a rare explored field in system development. We advocate using feature modeling for designing IT infrastructure to give an additional perspective on systems architecture and implement functions and pr...
